Did you pay up?  Did you get your service?  No?  Call the people you sold/bought and get all the service out there redeemed.  (Honestly, if you "sold" the service to clean a bathroom, the person who "bought" will probably not feel comfortable calling and asking for redemption, YOU need to take initiative and call them!!)
